Here is our Plano 10 Step Cleaning Process.
1. We will begin by giving you a call before we start our route to your home.
2. Upon arrival we will meet you at your doorstep with a photo business card.
3. Inspect your rug and discuss your areas of concern and questions.
4. Next, we will protect your rug during transport to our cleaning facility by placing your rug within a protective bag.
5. Within our cleaning facility, dry soil is removed via vacuum.
6. We thoroughly provide your rug a “bath” using nontoxic agents and gentle agitation within multiple gallons of water.
7. Soil and contaminations are removed and your rug is rinsed using a cleaning agent designed to soften your rug as it dries.
8. Your area rug is then dried with an enclosed secure indoor environment.
9. After drying is completed, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time.
10. Upon delivery, we will return your rug to a location of your choosing and ensure you are happy with the cleaning results.
